Do you charge to design drinkware with my image?

There is no charge to design your 3313 Gallery coffee mug using your image. There are no set-up fees, hidden charges, design fees or reorder fees.

Do you have a volume discount for large drinkware orders?

Yes. The discount will be determined by the quantity of drinkware ordered and the image requested. Please contact us using the information at the bottom of the FAQ information page.

​How do I place an order?

Click on Custom Drinkware on the home page and follow the instructions. It's simple, fast, and stress-free.

How do I send you the image?

Again, follow the instructions on the drinkware link. Download your image using a JPG or PNG format of at least 300 dpi and submit it to us.  Alert us if you would like a special message on the mug using a particular font. We do the creative work and the heavy lifting.

What side should I place my image on?

It’s your choice!  All of our pre-designed 3313 Gallery drinkware has the image on the side of the mug facing an individual holding the coffee mug in their right hand.  We think the image on the right side of the mug looks better.  The left side of the mug, or the back side is normally reserved for the printed message.

How do I know what the finished product will look like?

We will e-mail you with an image of your 3313 Gallery drinkware. This will give you the opportunity to make any changes before final production. Please note that monitor settings, lighting, and color settings may cause the drinkware colors shown on the 3313 Gallery website to be slightly different. How long before I receive my 3313 Gallery drinkware?

Once the final image is approved, production time is normally 6-10 business days.

How can I pay for 3313 Gallery drinkware?

The simplest and safest way is PayPal. Follow the instructions on the order form.

How is my order shipped?

FedEx and the US Postal Service is our carrier for shipping depending on your location.

What is sublimation printing?

Dye sublimation is a method of applying an image to a specially coated surface transferred under bonded heat pressure at a temperature of 350 to 400 degrees.

Is sublimation printing dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe?

Yes, it is safe and will never be subjected to fading under normal use.

Why use sublimation printing?

The sublimation image process produces a mirror image of the original work, creating unsurpassed color reproduction of all imprinting processes. The image becomes part of the completed 3313 Gallery product and will never be subjected to degradation or fading under normal usage.

Do you use the digital printing process on any 3313 Gallery drinkware?

No. Digital printing is an inferior method of reproduction that is limited to one or two colors and will fade over time.
 
​What is your return policy?

We will replace all drinkware at no cost if they are damaged during delivery.

Shipping costs are out of our control and are based solely on the delivery and postal agencies.  All shipping and handling fees are displayed to you before your order can be completed. All shipping policies and fees are considered accepted by you when you SUBMIT your order.
